I had been shopping on the internet (including ebay) for a pre-owned 18k
gold braclet Patek Philippe Calatrava watch for a number of months.  B
Gray's price was within what I had seen elsewhere.  There was a prompt
response to my e-mail for additional information and pictures.

Before committing to the purchase, I told Michelle that she should
assume that I would take the watch to an authorized service center
immediately after delivery and if she thought there would be any
problem, maybe it was better that we did not do business.  She said that
she was confident that there would be no problem.

I sent her my check for $10,000+.  The watch arrived well packed by
overnight delivery shortly after the check cleared.  It looked exactly
like the pictures that had been sent to me.

I took the watch to the Patek Philippe service center in Rockefeller
Center in Manhattan to have the bracelet modified to fit my wrist.  They
had no problem with the watch. It was in their computer system from a
prior servicing. 

Based upon my experience,  I believe that you can deal with Michelle in
confidence that the merchandise that you receive will be as represented.

I posted an “ISO” at watchnet.com, looking for an 18kt gold chronoswiss opus watch with the 18kt gold folding buckle. I have been looking for this watch at a decent price for a long time now. The day after I posted, I got an email from BARRY at BGRAY jewelers. He said that if I gave him a few days he would be able to find me a new one or possibly even a pre-owned one. (I had heard this same thing from about 10 other major players in the watch industry of course with no success, so I wasn’t holding my breath). Sure enough the next day I get an email from Barry saying that he had found a pre-owned chronoswiss gold opus for me, with the $1700 folding buckle, and that the watch was in perfect condition with all boxes and papers. But the best part he continued was that the price was more than 60% off the MSRP. Of course I grabbed it, it was the best price I had ever seen on this watch. Yesterday, I sent bgray jewelers a wire transfer for over $8,000, and this morning, I received my beautiful 18kt gold chronoswiss opus watch…exactly as promised. It looks brand new, has all boxes and papers, and of the 15 or so watches I have, this is the best deal I’ve ever gotten. Barry! OH. MY. GOSH! It got here! I'm so excited I could do a little dance if I wouldn't look so stupid. Although, of course, it's hard to look too stupid with a ROLEX on your wrist! I'm so excited! (I'm repeating myself, sorry! ;-) It's gorgeous and I would never know it wasn't new if you hadn't told me! I can't stop admiring it! It's sorta weird when, after 30 years you finally get what you wished for!  I just don't have enough superlatives to describe how I feel and that's thanks to you being willing to work with me on this. I will forever be grateful! ;-)  However, if I hear of anyone wanting a watch from any of the lines you carry I will be sure to tell them about you. I want to thank you for your exceptional service over the past few weeks. It
is refreshing to do business with someone that invokes memories of " the way
things used to be", when a person's word was their bond and deals were made
with a handshake and not letters or contracts. Without ever having dealt
with you before, I was impressed that you did what you said you would do,
when you said you would do it. Where no one else could find the specific
type of dial I wanted for the Rolex I purchased from you, you did. Granted,
it took a few weeks, but you found one.  Each time I phoned you I was always
treated with courtesy and respect, and never rushed me off the phone. You
took the time to answer all my questions and treated me as if I was buying
the most expensive watch you ever sold, even though I wasn't. 

In addition, when I received the watch this week, I took it to my local
Rolex dealer to get the band adjusted. The gentleman who owns the shop has
been a Rolex dealer for more than 25 years and is highly respected in the
area.  When I gave him the watch to adjust his first comment was, " Wow,
it's a beauty and looks to be in mint  condition". We placed the watch in
his case along beside his new SS/18K Rolex's and you could not tell the
difference. I can think of no better example to illustrate the quality of
the piece I purchased from you than this one. 

I look forward to doing business with you again in the future and will
certainty recommend you to anyone looking for a quality watch at a fair

I would recommend Gray Jewelers to anyone! I purchased a Rolex band from them which was graded on their scale at 85%. I think that was a bit conservative, because it will easily go 95%!!! Thanks Michelle for the honesty and great price. I will stand as a reference for them any day of the week.
